Brianna Pruitt is an innovative artist with a B.A. in Studio Art from the University of Northern Iowa, specializing in sculpture, painting, carving, and color experimentation. As an “idea conjurer, translator, examiner, and mortician,” Brianna’s work pushes the boundaries of creative exploration, delivering pieces that provoke thought, evoke emotion, and sometimes simply spark joy.
Driven by a passion for the environment, Brianna strives to reconcile the paradox of art’s material impact with its potential for healing. Believing that art might hold the antidote to the world’s ills, Brianna chooses to work with existing materials rather than fueling production, crafting meaningful creations that challenge perspectives and poke at the human condition—or occasionally just make you laugh.
